Located just minutes from New Philadelphia in Goshen Township, this 37-acre property offers a great mix of private hunting ground, a prime building site, and income from a pole barn. The land is mostly wooded, which gives deer the cover they want and gives you the privacy serious hunters look for. Access is from the east off Tall Timber Rd. If you’d like to live on it, there is also a great spot to build a home, cabin or weekend getaway, with no zoning in Goshen Township. The 34x32 pole barn (1,088 sq ft) has electric and is currently leased for $750 per month, or you can take it over for your own equipment, feed and hunting gear. If you’ve been looking for land that is ideal for hunting and offers a place to build, this one is worth a look.
